They attack the things you value

After this things change!!

Now You bloody Stand and Deliver
They will either follow you or Fall behind you

Now You Lead the pack and Deliver

This is the way a leader is born !
This is the way you bring up change !

Where did we go wrong ?

Whenever I am faced with a conflict to focus on work or to focus on well being of a family member or a friend, I always remind myself

“We are building societies and systems to live quality lives, for sure not the other way around”

Anytime you feel your physical health or mental health is at stake take a break!
As a friend and well wisher I am saying, take these words beyond anyone's and first fix them.

A lot of leaders lost the fundamental crux on which we build our systems and society.

It is natural happiness that drives success and that is sustainable. But the success driven happiness won’t last longer.

What to look for in a relationship

One of the basic life skills is knowing how to choose your personal relationships either romantic/ personal which our educational system fails to teach us but at least it should be learnt from a big brother. And so here I am writing this for my brothers and sisters out there who wants to choose their life partner wisely!

This concept/theory is from my understanding of relationships at intellectual level, there are a lot of emotional layers involved based on the individual personalities that is very subjective.

3 things I wanted to look :

1. Physical Attraction
2. Compatibility
3. Conflict resolution and commitment to the relationship

Physical attraction: It is the level to which both are physically attracted to each other.

Physical attraction plays a crucial role in the initial stage of a relationship, it is the initial spark that pushes us to understand each other, but as individuals connect at a deeper level, the importance of physical attraction is minimized as you see each person as a whole!

Compatibility:

I look for compatibility in 2 dimensions
1) Width of Overlap:
It is the number of topics/ areas of interest that are common to each other. The higher the common area higher the possibility for deep connections. Some examples include movies, genres, stories, books, TV shows, sports, tech, travel, philosophers, ideologies,

2) Depth of Overlap:
It is level of detail/ expertise in the common aspect/ depth of understanding to and which you connect with each other.
Example: Two people can connect on badminton and one can play once a day some can play everyday obviously if both play everyday the depth is high and bond is stronger!!


Conflict resolution and commitment to the relationship:

If a connection is made then next step is in understanding how you resolve the conflict.
Conflicts obviously arise since it is two different entities and their overlap is never 100 % and when a conflict arise it is a test to their commitment the relationship!!

For good conflict resolution we need to have great steps:

Individual Awareness of the conflict
Communicating the way ppl feel in a mutually trusting environment and
Commitment to the relationship to put wellbeing of relationship over individual at decisive moments.

Understanding the zero and infinity would give us a glimse into beauty of creation

 

0 and infinity are two numbers that don’t exist they are a concept and such is the beginning and end of creation.

You can measure 2 with 1 but you cannot measure 0 or infinite they both are the same….

We have a huge number of numbers between 0 and infinity 

And as we go fractional we have huge numbers between any two numbers… such is the nature of the universe

You have unlimited divisible space between two atoms (quantum realms) as you have unlimited divisible space between two galaxies…. such is the nature of creation 

You can’t get the creation with relativity or as we call duality( 2 has meaning because of 1) 

Universal creation is not logical… 

The moment you really experience this that the only way you can get to the creator is by realizing that it is you who is the creator experiencing yourself as a creation is realization!! 

You can’t get to 0 or infinity you have to experience it…

Mothers Day Special

We find a lot of gentle people around us, but a lot of times we ignore them, don’t 

We tend to humiliate them misinterpreting their gentleness for weakness, don’t 

That gentleness is the mother nature in you

she protects you 

she heals you

she deals you

she becomes the road when you need a ride

she becomes the tree when you need a shade

she spreads the light for you by the fire you used to burn her

Its her tears that brings the warmth you feel in you

Protect that gentleness in and around you! 

This is the kind of gentleness and motherhood my country 🇮🇳 has shown me and taught me. I am ever grateful for that and be responsible in upholding those values!!

There is that gentle person in you and I am talking to that person, I bow to you and I celebrate your existence!

Real richness

The day when I find something valuable 

The feeling of deep silence and ecstatic

The warmth of life

The time when I feel the goodness in the world

I felt it when I stood up for someone 

I felt it when I helped someone 

I found it in giving 

That is the luxury of resourcefulness not in quantity of material we hold but on the level of inclusiveness we can feel

The richness of heart is not the flamboyant actions we take for attention 

But in those mostly ignored elusive actions we take for someone 

I felt it once and I can say no amount of material wealth can replace that 

One action a day for something larger than ourselves would transform us as unbelievable individuals

 My heart bleeds to love someone

Someone who can take my love
Someone who can see my depth
Someone who pushes me every moment

I crave for a personality that shakes my spine
I crave for a strength of character that I can admire

I wish I find stability but I could not
I wish I am not this wild but I am
I wish I can find someone but I can’t

I feel an urge
to go wild
to fight for someone
to rest my hanging heart
